Return Policy

Returns with the original invoice made within 30 days from the purchase date will receive a full refund to the original payment method, and returns made with the original invoice after 30 days from the purchase date will receive store credit. Items returned must be in original condition with tags attached. Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. Footwear must be returned in their original shoebox and placed in a shipping box. We reserve the right to deny a refund or store credit if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet our quality standards. If they do not meet these standards, items will be shipped back at the cost of the customer. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Online Returns Process

To return an online order via mail, you must email shop@bowfishkids.com with the following information:

Reason for Return 

We will issue a return shipping label, but you will be responsible for paying for the shipping. Place your label on the return package and include the original invoice, securely seal it, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded. 

Please note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection upon receipt. Bowfish Kids cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

In-Store Returns Process

Online orders may be returned to our retail store. Bring the item(s) and your invoice to the Bowfish Kids store. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. You must follow the guidelines in our return policy and have your invoice with you at the time of return.

Once we confirm that we have the item requested, we will issue a return shipping label, but you will be responsible for paying for the shipping. Place your label on the return package and include the original invoice, securely seal it, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will ship out the new item within 5 business days. We do not accept exchanges for sale items.
